الزحام المروري داخل المدن وأثره على أداء الصلاة Heavy Traffic in Cities and its Impact on Performing Prayers

دارت مسائل البحث حول نازلة الزحام المروري داخل المدن، وأثره على أداء الصلاة، وتوصلت من خلاله إلى: أن لجمع الصلوات أسبابًا وردت بها نصوص الكتاب والسنة، واجتهد الفقهاء - رحمهم الله - في تخريج النوازل المستجدة عليها مما يوافقها في العلة والسبب، فعلى المسلم أن يتقي الله ويجتهد ألا يوافق خروجه إلى حاجته صلاةً يخشى فوات وقتها وهو في الطريق، وإذا أدركت المسلم الصلاة وقد حبسه زحام مروري لا يستطيع معه النزول لأداء الصلاة وخشي فوات الوقت، فيباح له الجمع إن كانت الصلاة تجمع مع ما بعدها, بشرط ألا يتخذ ذلك عادة , تخريجاً على قاعدة أن الجمع شرع لدفع المشقة ؛ لحديث: " حتى لا يحرج أمته "، وإذا أدركت المسلم الصلاة وقد حبسه زحام مروري لا يستطيع معه النزول لأداء الصلاة وخشي فوات الوقت، فيصلي على سيارته أو غيرها من وسائل النقل التي يستخدمها، إن كانت الصلاة لا تجمع مع ما بعدها، وعليه أن يأتي بما يستطيع من أركانها، وإن تمكن من النزول قبل خروج الوقت فالأفضل إعادتها؛ تخريجاً على فعل النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ : في صلاته على راحلته عندما شق عليه النزول بسبب المطر.
The research tackles the problem of traffic congestion within cities and its impact on the performance of prayer. The most important result of the research is that there are reasons for combining prayers mentioned in the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah, but the jurists worked hard to determine the new circumstances in which prayers can be combined by analogy. The Muslim must be mindful of Allah and strive not to run his errands at the time when he may miss a prayer. If a Muslim missed a prayer because he was stuck in a traffic jam, it is permissible for him to perform that prayer later on if it can be combined with the next prayer. Nevertheless, this should not be routinely practiced, for prayer combining is prescribed only to ward off hardship. If the prayer is due, and the Muslim is caught in a traffic jam and is unable to get down to perform it and is afraid of running out of time, then he should pray in his car or in the means of transportation that he uses if the prayer cannot be combined with the following one, following the example of the Prophet (pbuh). However, if he is able to get off before the prayer time runs out, it is better to repeat the prayer.
