حقوق الإنسان في عهد الملک عبد العزيز (1343/1373هـ- 1934/1953م) [مقارنة بالإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الصادر 1948م/1368هـ].

 هذا البحث يتحدث عن حقوق الإنسان في عهد الملک عبدالعزيز "رحمه الله"، قام المؤلف فيه بمقارنة جهود الملک عبدالعزيز في ترسيخ حقوق الإنسان في المملکة العربية السعودية مقارنة مع العهد الدولي الأول لحقوق الإنسان الصادر سنة 1948م. وقد توصل لتطبيق الملک رحمه الله لمبادئ حقوق الإنسان کاملة وقبل أن يصدر الإعلان العالمي.
وترسيخ العدالة في حکمه للمملکة العربية السعودية والمساواة بين رعيته، وإنشاء مؤسسات لرعاية حقوق الإنسان، والتصدي لقضايا الأمة العربية والإسلامية منها قضية فلسطين ورعاية وإيواء المهجرين منهم، ودمجهم مع أبناء المملکة، کما تضمن البحث شهادة مستشارين وزوار الحرمين الشريفين على عدل الملک وحفظه لحقوق الإنسان.
 
This research paper discusses human rights during the reign of King Abdulaziz, (may God bless his soul). The author compares King Abdulaziz's efforts to establish human rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by reference to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued in 1948 AC. The study concludes that  King Abdulaziz had fully applied the human rights principles before the Universal Declaration was issued.
It also demonstrates that King Abdulaziz administered justice in his rule of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and guaranteed equality among his subjects. He established institutions to promote human rights, addressed the issues of the Arab and Islamic Nation, including the question of Palestine, took care of the refugees, offered shelter to them, and integrated them into the community of the Saudi Kingdom. This research paper also includes some testimonies of a great number of counselors and visitors of the Two Holy Mosques on the justice of King Abdulaziz and his preservation of human rights.
