کتاب حدود أصول الفقه للإمام سعد الدين مسعود بن عمر بن عبد الله التفتازاني

هذا البحث يهدف للتعريف بهذه الرسالة، التي عنوانها کما ثبت في المخطوط باسم: (کتاب حدود أصول الفقه)، من تأليف: الإمام سعد الدين، مسعود بن عمر بن عبدالله التفتازاني (ت:793هـ). وموضوع الرسالة: مباحث الحدود الأصولية، وهي تبحث في مجال التعريفات والمصطلحات الأصولية التي تقتضي الإيجاز والاختصار. وتأتي أهمية هذه الرسالة: في أن (الحَدّ) يمثل أحد أهم المباحث المتعلقة بالعلوم کافة، ولا سيما کتب المنطق والجدل التي بينت أقسامه وشروطه. کما تتميز هذه الرسالة بالقيمة العلمية؛ إذ موضوعها يدخل في کثيرٍ من أبوابِ أصولِ الفقه المتفرقة في ثنايا کلامِ أهلِ العلمِ، فاجتماعها في مصنف واحد لطيف يجمع ما تفرق من کلام أهل العلم يعد إخراجه محققاً خدمة للعلم وأهله يتحقق من خلالها النفع الکبير وإثراء المکتبة الإسلامية بعامة والأصولية بصفة خاصة.
 
This research paper aims to introduce the treatise whose title is introduced in the manuscript under the title of The Book of the definitions of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence", authored by Imam Saaduddin Masoud ibn Omar ibn Abdullah Al-Taftazani (died in 793 AH). The subject of this treatise investigates the limits and definitions of the fundamentals of jurisprudence. It is concerned with the field of fundamental definitions and terms that require brevity and economy. The importance of this treatise lies in the fact that al-ḥadd definition is one of the most important aspects related to all sciences and disciplines, especially the books of logic and argumentation, which delimit its types and conditions. This treatise is also distinguished by its scholarly value, since its subject falls into many sections of the fundamentals of jurisprudence that are scattered in various scholars' writings.  To edit and revise this refined treatise that compiles definitions scattered throughout scholarly writings brings a great benefit for scholarship and students, enriching the Islamic library in general and the library of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence in particular.
