المستخلص

اشتمل البحث على ستة مباحث: المبحث الأول: تعريف التقشير والجلد، المبحث الثاني: تاريخ عمليات التقشير، المبحث الثالث: أقسام التقشير، المبحث الرابع: النصوص الواردة في التقشير ومعناها، المبحث الخامس: حکم التقشير، المبحث السَّادس: الضوابط العامة للتقشير، وقد خلصت في هذا البحث إلى جواز التقشير السطحي تداويًا وتجمُّلًا، وجواز التقشير العميق للتداوي دون التجمل، والجواز
مقيد بضوابط منها: ألا يترتب على التقشير ضرر أکبر، وألا يکون فيه غش أو تدليس أو إسراف، وألا يکون فيه کشف لما أمر الله بستره، وألا تستعمل فيه مواد محرمة أو نجسة.
The research tackles six topics:
1) - The definition of skin and peeling. 2) – The history of skin peeling operations. 3) – The different types of skin peeling. 4) – The meanings of the texts related to skin peeling. 5) – The Islamic rulings on skin peeling. 6) – The general regulations of skin peeling.
I concluded in this research that the superficial skin peeling for treatment or for cosmetic purposes is permissible and that the deep skin peeling for treatment purposes only is permissible. The permissibility of such operations is limited by some restrictions, including: that the skin peeling operation shall not result in greater harm, that it shall bear no deceit, fraud nor extravagance, that it does not reveal what Allah has ordered to conceal, and that prohibited or impure materials shall not be used.
