مع تفشي وباء کورونا في العالم؛ کان لا بُدَّ من النظر في معضلة إقفال المساجد لهذه الفترات الطويلة التي لم تعهد من قبل في التاريخ الإسلامي، وقد کَثُرَتِ الفتاوى المؤيدة والمناقضة لموضوع إقامة الجمع والجماعات خلف الإذاعة، مما دفعني لدراسة هذا الموضوع، وقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد ومبحثين الأول بعنوان: حکم الصلاة خلف المذياع  والرائي،  ومواقع التواصل إذا کان الإمام والمأموم في نفس البقعة والمکان، والمبحث الثاني: حکم الصلاة خلف المذياع والرائي ومواقع التواصل في غير البقعة والمکان، ثم انتهت هذه الدراسة بخاتمة.
With the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic around the world; it is necessary to study the issue of closing the mosques for these long periods that never happened throughout Islamic history. The multiplicity of fatwas supporting and opposing the performance of the congregational prayers behind the virtual Imam (the leader of congregational prayer) via radio is the reason that prompted me to study this topic. The study is divided into an introduction, a preamble, and two chapters. The first chapter is entitled "the ruling of praying behind a virtual Imam via radio, TV, and social media if both the Imam and Maʾmūm (the person being led in the congregational prayer) are at the same place". The second chapter is the ruling of praying behind a virtual Imam via radio, TV, and social media if both the Imam and Maʾmūm are at different places. The study finally presented a conclusion.
