رسالة في تخطئة الإمام الغزالي أبا حنيفة وجواب الإمام عبد العزيز بن أحمد البخاري صاحب الکشاف وشارح البزدوي "دراسة وتحقيقًا"

موضوع هذه الرسالة وأهميتها ظاهر من عنوانها؛ فمصنفها ذو المکانة العليّة في المذهب الحنفي، الموصوف بالمدقق والمحرر؛ الإمام البحر: علاء الدين البخاري،
أما موضوعها: فمسألة أصولية هامة وهي: " هل العبرة بعموم اللفظ أو خصوص السبب"، تعقب فيها البخاري على عَلم بارز في الأصول وهو الإمام الغزالي، وأظهر الحق من مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة – رحمهم الله جميعًا-  وهذه الرسالة تصور دور علماء الأصول في تحقيق المسائل وتنقيحها،  اقتضت طبيعة البحث جعله في مقدمة وقسمين وخاتمة، أما المقدمة ففيها: الافتتاح، وأسباب اختيار المخطوط، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهج التحقيق، وصعوبة البحث، القسم الأول: القسم الدراسي، وفيه تمهيد ومبحثان: التمهيد: عصر الإمام العلاء البخاري، المبحث الأول: التعريف بالمؤلف (علاء الدين البخاري)، المبحث الثاني: التعريف بالرسالة،
القسم الثاني: ويشمل تحقيق نص الرسالة، الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث.
The subject matter and significance of this treatise is obvious through its title; its author has a high position in the Hanafi Jurist School. He is described as the scrutinizing editor; he is the knowledgeable Imam, known as ˁAlauddin Al-Bukhārῑ.
The treatise subject matter involves an important fundamental question, namely “Is priority given to the general sense of a word/expression or to its particular context?” In his treatise, Al-Bukhari commented on Al-Imam Al-Ghazālῑ, the prominent figure of the Fundamentals of Jurisprudence, and argued for the right view of Al-Imam Abu-Ḥanῑfah, may Allah be pleased with them all. This treatise reflects the role of the jurists in verifying and refining the erudite issues. The nature of this research paper required that it consist of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it includes a preface, a statement on the reasons for choosing this manuscript, a literature review, the research plan, the editing methodology, and the difficulties encountered in the present research. The first section is   the main part of the study. It consists of an introduction and two subsections. The introduction discusses the era of Imam ˁAlauddin Al-Bukhārῑ; the first subsection introduces the treatise author (ˁAlauddin Al-Bukhārῑ); the second subsection introduces the treatise.
The second section provides an editing of the text of the treatise manuscript. The conclusion gives an account of the most important findings of the research.
