قاعدة: العبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص السبب (دراسة تطبيقية)

هذه دراسة على قاعدة: (العبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص السبب) - دراسة تطبيقية - قدمت لها بمقدمة ذکرت فيها: أهمية الموضوع وسبب اختياره، وخطة البحث، وهدف البحث، ومنهج البحث، ثم أشرت فيه إلى الدراسات السابقة لهذه الدراسة، قسمت البحث إلى مبحثين هما کالتالي: المبحث الأول: الدراسة النظرية، وفيها إيضاح وتقرير لقاعدة العبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص السبب، وبيان حجيتها، المبحث الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية، وفيها التمثيل لهذه القاعدة، بما يؤکد ضرورتها في بعض الأحکام الشرعية ويثبت أهميتها؛ وقد ذکرتها مرتبة على ترتيب سور القرآن الکريم في المصحف الشريف، وقصدت فيها الاختصار؛ مراعاةً لما يتطلبه العمل في مثل هذه الأبحاث، ثم ختمت البحث بخاتمة وفهارس تخدمه وتسهِّل الرجوع إلى محتواه.                                         
The present study is concerned with the jurist rule stating that "It is the General Meaning of an Utterance Rather Than the Particular Context". It is an applied study that begins with an introduction in which the following issues are discussed: the significance of the topic, and the rationale behind choosing it, the research plan, the objectives of the study, the research methodology and a literature review. This research paper is divided into two sections as follows: The first section is a theoretical study, which provides an explanation and confirmation for the rule stating that "It is the General Meaning of an Utterance Rather Than the Particular Context" and arguments around it. The second section is an applied study which investigates some examples of this rule, confirming that it is necessary in some legal rulings, and showing its significance. The examples cited in this study are mentioned according to their arrangement in the order of the Surahs in the Ever-Glorious Qur’an. I have intended to be concise and adhere to research paper requirements. I have ended the paper with a conclusion and provided some indexes that could serve to facilitate reference to its content.
