الإيجابية في الفقه الإسلامي

هذا البحث يتناول مفهوم الإيجابية في الإسلام، ويهدف إلى بيان حکم الإيجابية في منظومة الفقه الإسلامي، وتوضيح بعض تطبيقاتها، وتتلخص مشکلة البحث في: ما مفهوم الإيجابية في الإسلام؟ وما حکمها؟ وما تطبيقاتها؟ انتظم عقده في المقدمة وبها مشکلة البحث وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة والمنهج، ثم تمهيد للتعريف بالمفردات ومبحث لنظرة عامة على الإيجابية في الإسلام وبيان حکمها ثم مبحث لبيان تطبيقات الإيجابية في الفقه الإسلامي ثم الخاتمة بها النتائج والتوصيات، ومن أهم النتائج:  يمکن تعريف الإيجابية:(دافع داخلي معنوي يحمل المرء على المبادرة إلى فعل الخيرات بجميع أنواعها، وترک المنکرات بجميع أنواعها ابتغاء وجه الله تعالى).
The present research paper explores the concept of positivity in Islam. It aims to reveal the ruling on positivity in the Islamic jurist system and to clarify some of its applications. The research raises the following questions: What is the concept of positivity in Islam? What is its legal ruling? What are its applications? The study is divided into an introduction, a preface, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction presents the problem of the study, its objectives, a literature review and the methodology adopted. The preface provides definitions of the key terms of the study. The first section is an overview of positivity in Islam and a statement on its ruling. The second section explores the applications of positivity in the Islamic jurisprudence. The conclusion summarizes the findings and recommendations of the study. The study concludes with the significant finding that positivity can be defined as an intrinsic moral motivation that leads one to hasten to do good deeds of all kinds, and to abandon evils of all kinds, seeking God’s pleasure.
