الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الله ومصطفاه، أما بعد: يتناول هذا البحث بالجمع والدراسة والمقارنة ألفاظ التعليل التي لم يذكرها جمهرة الأصوليين، وهي على ثلاثة أقسام: حروف وأسماء وجمل ويبدأ البحث بدراسة حروف التعليل التي لم يوردها جمهور الأصوليين، وهي: الكاف، و "عن" و"على" والواو، و "أو"، و"كأن"، ثم ينتقل الباحث إلى دراسة أسماء التعليل وجمله التي لم يذكرها الأصوليون، وهي: الحال المفردة، والحال الجملة، والجملة الاستئنافية البيانية، وجملة الطلب، وقد اشتملت دراسة كلِّ لفظٍ من ألفاظ التعليل الواردة في البحث على بيان معناه في اللغة أو الاصطلاح، وبيان الراجح من إفادته للتعليل أو عدم إفادته، مع بيان مرتبته من حيث قوة التعليل والاستشهاد بعددٍ من الأمثلة من القرآن الكريم والسُّنة النبوية ولغة العرب؛ للدلالة على إفادته للعليَّة ثم اختتم الباحث الدراسة بذكر أهم النتائج التي توصَّل إليها ومن أهمها: اعتنى الأصوليون بجمع ألفاظ التعليل في بابي معاني الحروف والقياس، ولم يستقصِ الأصوليون ألفاظ التعليل، بل اقتصر أكثرهم على أهمها وأشهرها، وقد تبيَّن بعد النظر في تنوُّع ألفاظ التعليل وصيغه انقسامها إلى حروفٍ وأسماءٍ وجمل، وقد لاحظ الباحث تفاوت مراتب الألفاظ الصالحة للتعليل في القوة، فوضع كلَّ لفظ منها في مرتبته اللائقة به.
This research deals with the collection, study, and comparison of the words of reasoning that were not mentioned by the majority of the scholars of fundamental Jurisprudence. They fall into three categories: letters, nouns, and phrases. The research begins by studying the letters: “kāf” (like), “ˁan” (about), “ˁala” (on), “wāw” (and), “aw” (or), and "kaˀanna" (as if). Then, the research touches on the nouns and phrases used for reasoning: the singular adverb, the adverb phrase, the figurative independent sentence, and requests. The linguistic as well as the terminological meanings of each word of reasoning is given, and an explanation of whether it is more likely to be useful for reasoning or not, along with an explanation of its rank in terms of the strength of the reasoning is shown. Examples from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) were cited as well as from the language of the Arabs. Among the most important results is that scholars collected only the most common of such terminology in chapters on letters and analogy. In addition, the ranks of the words suitable for reasoning varied in strength, so each word has been placed in its appropriate rank.
