الحماية النظامية للطالب في جامعة أم القرى - دراسة من منظور نظامي وتحليلي

تعد الحماية النظامية للطالب، هي الضمان الذي من خلاله يتمتع الطالب بكافة حقوقه في مراحله الدراسية في الجامعة، وهو ما عرضنا له في هذا البحث الموسوم بـ: "الحماية النظامية للطالب في جامعة أم القرى - دراسة من منظور نظامي وتحليلي"، وجاء البحث في مقدِّمَــة تضمنت أهميته ومشكلته وتساؤلاتُه، وأهدافُه والدراسات السابقة، والمنهجُ المتبع في معالجة إشكالية البحث، ثم مبحثين: المبحث الأول بعنوان: ماهية الحماية النظامية للطالب في جامعة أم القرى، وذلك من خلال ثلاثة مطالب، الأول: مفهوم الحماية النظامية. والثاني: التعريف بالطالب الجامعي، والثالث: التعريف بجامعة أم القرى ومكانتها العلمية، وأما المبحث الثاني: فهو عن الأحكام الموضوعية للحماية النظامية للطالب الجامعي، وتناولناه أيضًا في ثلاثة مطالب الأول: أنواع الحماية النظامية للطالب الجامعي، والثاني: صور الحماية النظامية للطالب الجامعي والثالث: جهود جامعة أم القرى في تحقيق الحماية النظامية للطالب الجامعي، وخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات، والتي خلصت إلى مدى اعتناء جامعة أم القرى بطلابها وإعدادهم وفق التعاليم الإسلامية الشاملة المتكاملة من جميع النواحي.
This research tackles the institutional protection for the student that guarantees their rights while studying at university. The research consists of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. The introduction deals with the research problem, questions, objectives, previous studies, and the methodology used in addressing the research problem. The first section, which is entitled “Institutional Protection of the Student at Umm Al-Qura University” touches on three topics: the concept of institutional protection, introducing the university student, and introducing Umm Al-Qura University and its academic standing. The second section is about the substantive provisions for the institutional protection of the university student. This section also touches on three topics: types of institutional protection for the university student, forms of institutional protection for the university student, and Umm Al-Qura University’s efforts to achieve institutional protection for the university student. The conclusion includes the most important results and recommendations, which indicate the extent to which Umm Al-Qura University cares for its students and prepares them in accordance with comprehensive and integrated Islamic teachings in all aspects.
