يهتم المخطوط بفن من قسمة التركات، وهو القسمة بطريقة القيراط، وهي طريقة شبه اندثرت وقليل من يتقنها، ولا تزال مدونة في الأحكام القديمة والأقضية الخاصة بقسمة التركات المشاعة وقد أتقن المؤلف بيان كيفية هذا النوع من القسمة بأسلوب قل إجادة مثله في الإفهام مع صعوبة الباب وتنوع طريقته، ومع كل ذلك ففهمه يحتاج لمختص أو لمن يعرف المبادئ الحسابية وقد أحببت تحقيق مثل هذا المؤلف مساهمة في نشر كتب هذا العلم وبما يحقق وإبقاء له وتعريفا وليشتغل طلاب العلم به وبمؤلفاته تحقيقا، فطريقة قسمة المشاع بالقيراط لمعرفة نصيب كل وارث طريقة فذة متقنة لا تغادر صغيرة ولا ذرة، وهي من إبداع الحسابين المسلمين اهتداء بالكتاب المبين، وبناء على ما فيه من أنصبة حسابية للوارثين. والمؤلف أبو الوفاء عرفة بن محمد الأرموي الشافعي ت (930هـ) -رحمه الله- أحد علماء الفرائض المختصين بقسمة المواريث ومن أعلامهم وأحد أعمدتهم في علم مسائل المناسخات وفي قسمة القيراط، وقد أوضح قصده من مؤلفه وهو تسهيل ما في شباك ابن الهائم من عسر، وبيان طريقة قسمة القيراط وقسمة التركات.
This manuscript focuses on dividing inheritances, specifically the division using the Qirat method, a technique that has almost disappeared and is mastered by very few. This method is still recorded in old rulings and cases of dividing common inheritances. The author has mastered the explanation of this type of division in a manner rarely matched in clarity, despite the complexity and variety of the method. However, understanding it requires an expert or someone aware of mathematical principles. I have therefore chosen to conduct a verification of such a manuscript as a contribution to the dissemination of books in this field, ensuring its continuity, introduction, and usefulness so that students may become interested in the writings of this author and verify them. The Qirat method of dividing common property to determine the share of each heir is a precise and sophisticated method that leaves no room for error, and it is an invention of Muslim mathematicians guided by the clear book (Quran), based on the numerical calculations for the inheritors’ shares. The author’s purpose of this manuscript is to clarify the difficulties found in Ibn Al-Ha’im’s writings on this topic and to explain the Qirat method of dividing the estates.
