رعاية الوقاية شرح وقاية الرواية تحقيق من كتاب الطهارة إلى آخر نواقض الوضوء ليوسف بن عبد الملك الشهير بـ: "قَرَه سنان" (ت ٨٨٥هـ) Ri’ayat Al-Wiqayah: A Commentary on Wiqayah Ar-Riwayah: Verification of the Chapter on Purification to the End of Invalidators of Ablution by Yusuf ibn Abdul Malik, known as ‘Qara Sanan’ (d. 885 AH)

اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحث، وفصل، وخاتمة، أمَّا المقدمة: فتشتمل على أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج البحث، وخطته، وأمَّا التمهيد: فيشتمل على ترجمة موجزة للإمام قَرَه سنان، وصحة نسبة الكتاب إليه، وأمَّا المبحث: فتناول فيه كتاب الطهارة، وأمَّا الفصل: فتناول فيه نواقض الوضوء، وأمَّا الخاتمة: فتتضمن النتائج والتوصيات، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحقيق كتاب في الفقه الحنفي بعنوان: رعاية الوقاية شرح وقاية الرواية للإمام يوسف بن عبد الملك، الشهير بـ: قَرَه سنان الحنفي المتوفى سنة (٨٨٥هـ) من كتاب الطهارة إلى آخر نواقض الوضوء، وقد شرح مؤلفه كتاب الطهارة شرحًا وافيًا، عرض فيه الخلاف العالي بطريقة منتظمة، مفصلا القول فيها، ومع صغر حجم هذا الشرح إلا أنه محكم، وبه فوائد جمة وقد اتبعت في التحقيق طريقة النص المختار، معتمدة على ثلاث نسخ خطية، وسلكت منهجية التحقيق المعروفة، بحسب أصول البحث العلمي، ووضحتُ مسائله، وبينت ما يحتاج فيها إلى البيان، كما قمتُ بالعزو إلى الكتب المختصة في الحديث والفقه واللغة ونحوها، وقد ظهر من خلال هذا التحقيق: تمتع الشارح بالعلم الغزير، والاطلاع الواسع، مع أهمية هذا الشرح، وكونه من الكتب الفقهية المصنفة ضمن مؤلفات الفقه المقارن، والمليئة بالاستدلال من الكتاب والسنة والإجماع والقياس إلى جانب الاستدلال بالقواعد الفقهية والأصولية.
This research includes an introduction, a preface, two sections, and a conclusion. The introduction covers the importance of the research topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research methodology, and the outline of the study. The preface provides a brief biography of Imam Qara Sanan and examines the authenticity of the book attributed to him. The first section discusses the chapter on “Purification,” while the second addresses the “Invalidators of Ablution.” The conclusion presents the findings and recommendations. The aim of this research is to study and authenticate the book mentioned above whose Hanafi author provided a brief but precise commentary, which is rich with numerous benefits. In the course of editing, I relied on three handwritten manuscripts. The study has revealed that the commentator possessed vast knowledge and extensive understanding, highlighting the significance of this commentary. It is considered one of the distinguished works in comparative jurisprudence, rich with evidence drawn from the Qur'an, Sunnah, consensus, and analogy, as well as reasoning based on jurisprudential and foundational principles.
