تکشف هذه الدراسة عن الحجم الکبير لمشکلة الممارسة الجنسية الشاذة والتعسفية ومظاهرها بين الزوجين والتي تمارس بينهما نتيجة عدة عوامل متعددة ما بين عوامل ذاتية و أخلاقية و نفسية وبيئية ومجتمعية وثقافية تؤدي إلى ممارستها بين الزوجين ، کما يهدف البحث إلى بيان الحکم الشرعي لمظاهر هذه الممارسات الجنسية الشاذة والتعسفية بين الزوجين وأثرها في العلاقة الزوجية ؛ إذ أن الشريعة الإسلامية لم تغفل الجانب الحسي ، والعلاقة الجنسية بين الزوج وزوجته ، حيث هدت الزوجين إلى أقوم السبل التي تؤدي حق الغريزة والفطرة ، مع البعد عن کل مظاهر الأذى والانحراف والتعسف ؛ حفاظا على بقاء العلاقة الزوجية واستمرارها وعدم انکسارها وهدمها أمام الملذات والشهوات.

Summary of research (Abnormal and arbitrary practices in the sexual relationship between spouses from a jurisprudential perspective)

Objectives: This study reveals the extent of the prevalence of sexual and arbitrary sexual practices and their manifestations between spouses, which are exercised between them as a result of several factors between psychological, moral, psychological, environmental, social and societal factors. The culture leads to exercise between the spouses, and these sexual practices are abnormal and arbitrary between the spouses and their effect on the marital relationship, as Islamic law did not ignore the sensual side, and the sexual relationship between the husband and wife, where the couple are doing the roads that lead the instinct and instinct, while away From all manifestations of harm and deviation and abuse; in order to maintain the survival of the marital relationship and its continuation and not break it and destroy it before pleasures and desires.
