زواج المسلمين من غير المسلمين في الفقه الإسلامي

بدأت هذا البحث بفضل الله وتوفيقه بمقدمة بينت فيها أهميه البحث  وخطته ثم بمطلب تمهيدى تحدثت فيه عن تعريف الزواج  وحکمه  وأقسام غير المسلمين .
وأما بالنسبة  للفصل الأول تحدثت فيه عن زواج المسلم من  غير المسلمين من الأصناف الثلاثة من  غير الإسلام ,فبينت أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم والقول الراجح ان وجد اختلاف فى الحکم مع بيان  أقوال الفقهاء المعاصرين فى حکم زواج المسلم ممن ليس لهم کتاب وهم المشرکون الوثنيين , ثم بينت حکم الزواج من الصنف الثانى من غير المسلمين وهم من لهم کتاب منزل وهم اليهود والنصارى , سواء کانوا من الذميين أو من الحربيين ثم الصنف الثالث وهم من أهم شبه کتاب وهم المجوس والصابئة ,فبينت أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم والقول الراجح إن وجد اختلاف وهم من أهم شبه کتاب وهم المجوس والصابئة من غير الإسلام ,فبينت أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم والقول الراجح فى هذا الحکم .
وفى الفصل الثانى کان الحديث عن زواج المرأة المسلمة من غير المسلمين من هؤلاء الديانات الثلاثة،والأثر المترتب من بطلان العقد وفسادة مبينة أقوال الفقهاء وأدلتهم وأقوال العلماء المعاصرين فى هذه المسائل ,ثم ختمت البحث بدعوى المشوشين على الإسلام وأهله بدعواهم جواز زواج المرأة المسلمة من اليهودى والنصرانى،والجواب عن هذه الدعوى من کبار علماءنا الذين جعلهم الله – جل شانه – أعلاما للعلم  فجزاهم الله خير الجزاء.

I've started this research, by God's grace and reconcile, with an introduction in which I've showed the importance of this topic and its plan, then with a prerequisite in which I've talked about definition of The marriage, its rules, and categories of non-Muslims.
As regarding to the chapter, I've talked about the rule of Muslim’s marriage from the three non-Muslims categories. I've showed jurists’ sayings, their proves, and the predominant saying if there's a difference in the rule, with showing contemporary jurists’ sayings from the first non-Muslims category who have no book; polytheists and idolatrous, then the second non-Muslims category who have a revealed book; Jewish and Christians whatever dhimmis or warriors, then the third non-Muslims category who have a doubtful book; the magi and Mandaeism.
And in the second chapter, talking was about the Muslim woman’s marriage from the three non-Muslims categories, its consequences of contract’s invalidation and corruption depending on jurists’ sayings and their proves and contemporary jurists’ sayings.
Then, I've concluded this research by the litigation of distorted people on Islam which the legalization of the Muslim woman’s marriage from Jewish and Christian, and the answer of this litigation from senior scientists.
